RITA SUDARSO (VITA) 11.03.1979 My name is Vita, and my journey into photography began in 2016 as a model with Ki in his studio in Nuenen. Although I was not very active at the time, it gave me a valuable insight into the world of photography. In September 2023, I decided to reconnect with my passion and followed basic courses with Ki at Dragon Studio. My learning path includes various courses and workshops with Ki, where I refined my techniques. I am particularly fascinated by dark art and mixed media art—fields in which I can express my creativity and tell unique stories. In addition to being a hobby photographer, I work as a caregiver for people with intellectual disabilities. At Dragon Studio (Fotounie), I am active as both an amateur photographer and a model for various workshops and themes. After a profound period in my life, during which I lost my husband in 2021, Ki called me in January 2022 to ask how I was doing. He invited me to his new studio in Tilburg, which led to a new phase in my life where I found a new family of photographers and models. In 2023, I decided to further develop my skills. Thanks to training by Ben Wojtas and other photographers, I am now known as the “ADHD model and photographer”—and I carry that title with a great deal of passion! My work is inspired by the Japanese wabi-sabi philosophy, which emphasizes the beauty of imperfection and impermanence. I prefer shooting during the day with my Sony a67 camera.
