I am
KITTY BROEDERS In 2015, I started a basic photography course. I'd always been interested in photography, but then I started taking it more seriously. The subjects I photograph are very diverse. Techniques like panoramas, long exposures, and ICM particularly appeal to me because the results are always a surprise. Through an online course, I learned to work with Lightroom and Photoshop, and after that, I've taken countless workshops and tutorials to improve my skills. Editing has now become the core of my workflow. In 2017, I ended up with CCC Fotounie and since 2025 I've joined a photography club in Oosterhout. I also exhibit solo. In 2019, I entered a photo competition at the Rijksmuseum, "Long Live Rembrandt," and I was one of the lucky few to exhibit my work at the Rijksmuseum that summer. I was so proud! Since the Rijksmuseum competition, I've delved more deeply into conceptual photography. Besides taking photos, that means coming up with ideas first, then doing research, finding locations, and selecting clothing, models, and props. That's how my series "Down Memory Lane" came about. And I still have countless ideas in my head to bring to life. I really enjoy getting together with other photographers and watching others at work, but you rarely see me shooting with a group. I prefer to work in my own little bubble and can easily lose myself in it that way. Facebook: Faeline Creations
