I am
EKA JAMBAZISHVILI My name is Eka (Ekaterine) Jambazishvili, and I am from Tbilisi, Georgia, where I have spent more than half of my life. My education and profession are not directly related to art or photography, but photography has become my passion. I first came into contact with photography when I was about six years old. Together with my father, I developed analog photographs in the darkroom. About ten years ago, I bought my first Canon camera and took a photography course at SKVR. My interest continued to grow, and I attended my first workshop at Dragon Studio, focusing on still life photography. I enjoyed this immensely, and it marked the beginning of my journey as an amateur photographer. The best training and experience I have gained in photography came during my first photo trip to Indonesia. For nearly two weeks, we photographed a wide variety of subjects under different conditions. In everyday life, I do not always have the opportunity to take photographs, but when I do, it is the most exciting moment of my day. I have combined my hobby of photography with travel and have taken several enjoyable photo trips to different countries. I use a Sony mirrorless camera system. I enjoy exploring various genres within photography. For me, it is important to capture aesthetically pleasing imageswhether landscapes, portraits, or studio photography with diverse themes. Photography remains my hobby, and I feel fortunate to have met many friends who share the same passion. We often go out together with our cameras to photograph and have fun. I am happy that part of my work has been included in this book, and I hope you will enjoy it.
