DIANA VENIS-KERKHOVEN 07.07.1969 Mijn vader was fotograaf in de regio Nijmegen, waar wij woonden en ik heb van hem de grondbeginselen meegekregen. Maar pas in 2018 ben ik zelf serieus gaan fotograferen. Mijn dagelijks beroep is momenteel verzorgende en semi professionele fotograaf. Mijn favoriete genres zijn; avondfotografie, architectuur, landschap en wildlife. Ik wil naast het fotograferen ook graag de mensen meenemen op mijn reizen en hen zo al het moois van de natuur en de wereld laten zien waar zijzelf misschien nooit komen. Daarnaast kan ik mensen ook leren hoe zij dit zelf mooi vast kunnen leggen zodat zij net als ik mooie herinneringen kunnen maken voor het leven door workshops te geven en samen reizen te maken. Favoriete tijdstippen : Ik fotografeer het liefst in de gouden en blauwe uurtjes, maar daarnaast ook in het donker voor noorderlicht, sterren, kometen, staalwol draaien en lightpainten. DIANA VENIS-KERKHOVEN 07.07.1969 My father was a photographer in the Nijmegen region, where we lived, and I learned the basic principles of photography from him. However, it wasn’t until 2018 that I seriously started photographing myself. My current daily profession is caregiver and semi-professional photographer. My favorite genres are evening photography, architecture, landscape, and wildlife. In addition to photography, I would like to take people along on my travels and show them all the beauty of nature and the world—places they might never visit themselves. I also enjoy teaching people how to capture these moments beautifully, so that, like me, they can create lifelong memories. I do this by giving workshops and organizing trips together. Favorite times: I prefer to photograph during the golden and blue hours, but I also enjoy shooting in the dark for the Northern Lights, stars, comets, steel wool spinning, and light painting.
